While 2016 has been called a year of death in the celebrity community and a year full of fake news in other corners, a unique Twitter hoax allowed both of these groups to intersect in a random and whimsical manner, as a fake BBC News account tweeted an erroneous report about the “death” of Queen Elizabeth II.

In retrospect, it should have been obvious that the tweet was a hoax, but it did come with a certain level of believability, since the queen is currently 90 years old and reportedly experiencing health struggles.

She did not attend her customary Christmas Day service for the first time in decades, as spokespeople attributed her absence to a severe cold. Since falling ill, the queen has yet to make a public appearance, which only serves to fuel speculation and make a death announcement even more plausible.

The fact that the account was considered to be a BBC affiliate also added fuel to the fire, as BBC News would be the first outlet to announce this news if such an event were to take place. The news channel even has regular rehearsals for staff members, so that they are prepared for an unexpected death in the royal family.

When she does pass away, she will be succeeded by her 68 year old son, Prince Charles. While the queen shies away from giving opinions on sensitive topics, Charles is far more gregarious and some wonder if he will take on the title, or opt to pass it down to his son, Prince William.

Two hackers, one from Latvia and one from Russia, have found themselves in the cross hairs of the FBI, as they are believed to be highly dangerous cyber criminals that have attempted to wreak havoc in a number of different financial systems, including the United States. Evgeniy Mikhaylovich Bogachev is 33, a Russian national and has been under FBI investigation for seven years.

Aleksey Belan, a 29 year old Latvian, is said to have as many as ten online aliases and is also known for dying his hair in a variety of different colors. While neither is suspected of playing a role in the Russian hacking of the United States presidential election, their sanction were announced at the same time as the sanction against the alleged hacking of United States election institutions.

Bogachev has been on the radar of law enforcement officials for some time now and has been indicted in the United States twice, once in Nebraska and once in Pennsylvania. He is accused of utilizing malicious software to steal passwords, banking information and other forms of personal identification.

Belan is much tougher to locate, due to his penchant for dying his hair and wearing different eyeglasses. He has a Russian passport and Russian citizenship and has been known to travel to a number of different countries, including Greece, Thailand and the Maldives.

Federal arrest warrants have been issued for both men, as the FBI is offering $3 million for any information that leads to Bogachev’s conviction and a $100,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Belan.

When Russian president Vladimir Putin promised not to expel American diplomats from his country as a response to the announced United States sanctions stemming from the election hacking, it was only a matter of time before president elect Donald Trump took to Twitter to fire off one of his trademark commentaries on the matter.

Tweeting that he considered Putin’s move to be “very smart”, Trump continued his controversial tradition of praising the Russian president, in spite of the backlash that he has received for such tactics in the past.

Both political parties view Putin as a significant threat to American interests, but this has not stopped Trump from lavishing him with praise at every possible turn. For its part, The Obama administration has struck back at the Kremlin for the unwanted role that they played in the election, expelling dozens of intelligence operations and closing a Maryland facility that was used to gather information on their behalf.

While United States intelligence agencies continue to allege that Russia’s hacking was designed to leak unsavory information about Hillary Clinton to sway the election in favor of their preferred candidate, Donald Trump, Russian officials have continued to deny such allegations.

Trump, in usual fashion, has brushed off the hacking allegations, while Reince Priebus, the new chief of staff, has been more outspoken when it comes to the charges. The hacking of American institutions cannot be tolerated and it remains to be seen if the Trump administration will take further steps to ensure that it never happens again.

16 Year Old Uber Passenger"s Life Saved By Eavesdropping Driver

When Keith Avila, an Uber driver, stopped to pick up a young girl in a short skirt on Monday night, his senses immediately told him that something seemed to be amiss about the situation. While he initially thought that she was 12, she turned out to be 16, which was the least of his concerns.

Two older women accompanied the girl on their way to an Elk Grove, California Holiday Inn and when they instructed Avila to turn the music up to give her instructions, he continued to listen to their conversation.

What he heard next was stunning, as the accomplices warned their younger charge about receiving money from a john before touching him and checking him for guns. As soon as he dropped them off, he immediately contacted the police and let them know what had taken place in his vehicle.

His suspicions about her being sold for sex turned out to be 100 percent correct and thanks to his quick thinking, he was able to save the young girl from any number of unspeakable fates. As fate would have it, Avila only recently began driving for the company and the police were in close proximity to the hotel when he called.

The women responsible for pimping the young girl were arrested and charged, as well as the john who was hoping to procure her services. Not only did he potentially save her life, but the police discovered that she was a runaway and soon reunited her with her family.

Michael Bennett is not shy about enjoying himself, but if there’s one thing that seemed to affect his typically jovial demeanor, it was his contract situation with the Seattle Seahawks. The star defensive end has vastly outplayed the 4 year, $32 million deal that he signed with the team back in 2014 and thanks to the hard work of Seattle general manager John Schneider, all is right with the world again.

Bennett signed a three year contract extension on Friday, one that guarantees him $17.5 million and could be worth up to $31.5 million if he reaches certain incentives. The team has been working in conjunction with Bennett on a new deal since the end of October, finally reaching an agreement just in time for the playoffs.

The move was a no brainer for the Seahawks brain trust, as Bennett is one of the premier defensive ends in the game and an irreplaceable part of their stellar defense. Since joining the Seahawks in 2013, he’s forced seven fumbles and collected 29.5 sacks and the team should count themselves lucky that Bennett did not engage in a holdout to begin the season.

While some NFL contracts are essentially lifetime achievement awards where they are being rewarded for past performance, Bennett’s contract does not fall into this category, as he is showing zero signs of slowing down as he ages.

After being injured during the Dallas Cowboys preseason schedule and watching lightly regarded rookie quarterback Dak Prescott seize control over his job and lead the team to a 13-2 record in his absence, Tony Romo is slated to see his first regular season game action in over a year this coming Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

While Prescott will continue to start and is also attempting to set an all time NFL record for number of wins from a rookie quarterback, Romo and third string quarterback Mark Sanchez are also expected to receive playing time.

Coach Jason Garrett says that the coaching staff has yet to determine how playing time will be split between the three signal callers, but that Romo would absolutely love to receive some snaps. The game has zero implications, as they have already assured themselves of home field advantage throughout the entirety of the NFC playoffs.

The playing time split is going to be finalized on Saturday and Romo has not taken a snap in an NFL regular season game since November of 2015. He broke his clavicle on two separate occasions last year and with the emergence of Prescott, there is rampant speculation that he will be traded to a different contender in the offseason.

Numerous other Cowboys are expected to rest during the game and Romo and Sanchez will be used to limit the amount of punishment that Prescott takes from the Eagles’ defense.

At first glance, this new proposed NASA habitat might remind some viewers of the potato farm that Matt Damon’s character lived on in The Martian, but the key to this incredible design has nothing to do with potatoes, it is all about the abundance of ice and underground water that the planet has to offer.

The Mars ice house is an inflatable domed structure that would be surrounded by a water ice shell, providing a sustainable home when future explorers arrive. A NASA Langley Research Center team came up with this unique idea, with an eye towards protecting humans from the various elements on the surface of Mars, including high energy radiation.

The team came up with a number of unique ideas that were outside of the box, eventually settling on the ice house, which offers a helpful engineering solution to a number of exploration issues. The shell will not only keep astronauts safe from the elements of the planet, but it also provides them with a water storage tank that could potentially be converted into useful rocket fuel.

From there, the ice house structure would then be refilled, so that the next crew is able to use it. While other concepts provided underground habitats, caves and heavily shielded habitats for the astronauts to live in, the other proposals did not offer the same level of protection from radiation. With the use of translucent materials, light is still able to pass from the outside and provide a more homey feel.

A layer of carbon dioxide gas will also be used as a means of insulating the living space and the ice layer, allowing the habitat to withstand harsh radiation, as well as dust storms.

According to an Instagram post from the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a New Year’s Eve comet is expected to pass by the moon this Saturday night, after making an appearance on the western horizon on December 15. The comet periodically returns to the solar system every five years and while it can be seen with binoculars and telescopes, it is not easily visible during twilight hours.

Astronomers believe that the comet will pass close to Earth, yet only remain visible to the naked eye when it is at least 7 million miles above the surface. Those who reside in well populated areas with plentiful city lights are advised to utilize an optical aid against the night sky that is removed from the aforementioned lights, so that they can easily catch a glimpse of the comet when it passes the point that is closest to the sun.

Telescope and binocular users who wish to see the comet must point their viewing devices to the left of the moon after sunset, in a western direction. Viewers should also be able to see Venus from this position, which is currently very bright and positioned in the same area.

Viewers will also have the chance to see Venus on Monday, as it will align with Mars and the crescent moon in order to create a perfect triangle.

The fact that the Congressional Republicans have yet to come up with a viable replacement plan is a major concern and a repeal is expected to create major short term chaos in the health care system. Republicans are also attempting to fast track the repeal, which means that time is of the essence.

However, Republicans are reportedly planning the delay the repeal in response to these concerns, in an effort to find a workable replacement plan. Leading Democrats are organizing rallies against the repeal and have been ad campaigns in states such as Nevada and Arizona, where Democrats are viewed as having a chance to win a seat at the Senate.

After causing a small furor by wishing his followers both a Happy Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was forced to answer questions about his religious beliefs, as many believed him to be an atheist.

Zuckerberg replied to a comment suggesting that he was atheist by responding that he was born into the Jewish faith and went through a period in life where he began to question things. While he stated that he was not an atheist, he did not provide any additional information regarding his actual beliefs.

His wife practices Buddhism and Zuckerberg has been vocal about his exploration of this religious sect. He and his wife also journeyed to the Vatican, where they met with Pope Francis and shared a heartfelt message with him, expressing their admiration for his tender mercy and the manner in which he communicates with the world.

They also spoke to Pope Francis about the importance of connecting areas of the world that still do not have Internet access and provided him with an Aquila model, a solar powered aircraft that has been designed with the objective of beaming Internet access into places of the world that continue to remain without it.

Lack Of Lockout Feature Blamed For Fatal Facetime Crash

Apple is currently experiencing a lawsuit that has been filed by plaintiffs who allege that it is Apple’s responsibility to include a lockout feature that would have prevented the driver of the vehicle from using the app prior to the fatal crash.

The case was filed in California in regards to a fatal accident that took place on Christmas Eve in Texas back in 2014. The driver had been distracted by the use of FaceTime while operating the motor vehicle, causing them to crash into the back of another vehicle while traveling at a significant rate of speed.

The family in the vehicle sustained serious injuries as a result of the wreck and one of their children perished as a result. Apple is now being involved, as the family believes that the tech giant could have implemented technology that would kept the accident from happening in the first place.

Apple filed for a patent to create the lockout feature and while the patent was granted in 2014, it was never used, which is the basis for the lawsuit. The suit alleges that Apple failed to warn their users about the danger level of their product and refused to include safer technology that could have prevented the child’s death.

A request for comment on the matter from an Apple spokesperson was not responded to and it remains to be seen if the suit will be considered viable or frivolous.

While there are some who have chosen to dance around this issue, there is no denying the fact that the Google Pixel is essentially a carbon copy the iPhone 6, iPhone 7 and iPhone 6s that have been created by the Apple company.

Observers have remarked that Google’s Pixel merely looks like an iPhone that has been altered slightly, as they resemble an iPhone with a large glass plate added to the backside and a slightly altered fingerprint scanner.

It is a nice design, but at the end of the day, it is simply a slight variation on the iPhone’s design. If you are going to construct a phone and use someone else’s design principles to do so, there is no better company to rip off than Apple.

However, Google did not only copy Apple’s design, they have also unwittingly copied Apple’s biggest problem. Those who regularly follow technology news are already aware of the issues that Apple has been having with the battery shelf life on their iPhone 6 and 6s models, as they are shutting down before the battery has had a chance to die.

If you’re an iPhone user who finds yourself wondering if Google Pixel owners are experiencing the same issue, you are in luck, as Pixel owners also report phone shutdowns, even when their battery is as high as 30 percent. There are a number of conversations taking place around the Web about the issue right now and owners of the iPhone 6s can receive access to a battery replacement program.

Twitter users who have been longing for the site to add an edit button may soon get their wish, according to CEO Jack Dorsey. After a question and answer session with Twitter users that was designed to find out more about how the site could improve in 2017, it seems as if the edit button will soon be on its way.

While some users have advocated for the ability to edit their tweets at any time, others believe that a shortened time window will work best. Other users proposed a change log that allows other users to see previous iterations of the tweet, in order to avoid any sort of unnecessary chicanery.

Dorsey believes that these changes should be implemented, due to the fact that Twitter often serves as a form of public record on a variety of key issues. Now that the tweets of important public figures, (i.e. president elect Donald Trump) are quoted by reputable news outlets, proper implementation of these edit policies takes on added importance.

There is also a sense that Twitter needs to compete with other popular social media hubs that allow their users to edit the content that they post at any time, including Facebook and Instagram.

Twitter has yet to provide any further comment on the topic and Dorsey was also asked about implementing policies that allowed users to remove trolls more easily, in addition to bot accounts that produce spam.

Iphone Production To Be Slashed By 10 Percent

According to recent reports, tech giant Apple is planning to cut down significantly on the production of iPhones during the first quarter of 2017, as a Japanese business paper known as the Nikkei Asian Review reports that production is slated to be slashed by 10 percent.

While the iPhone is widely considered to the flagship product of Apple, this will mark the second year in a row that the tech giant has been forced to scale back its production in a significant manner. The aforementioned paper based its information and analysis on numbers that were provided to them by Apple suppliers.

The production cuts are expected to affect many of Apple’s newer iPhone models, including the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. The Nikkei Asian Review reported that a decrease in demand spurred the decision, but there are also reported shortages that are causing the scale back in production.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone Plus both rely on a specialized camera sensor and a shortage in these sensors has also played a role in Apple’s decision making process. There is still a high demand for these photography friendly phones and this decision is not expected to spell doom for the tech giant.

At press time, Apple had yet to respond to numerous inquiries for comment on the report and it remains to be seen if this decision will lead to any long term shifts in the company’s overall production policies.

Indian prime minister Narendra Modi made headlines by setting a 50 day deadline to restore the necessary order to India’s economy and reduce the level of hardship experienced by citizens who were adversely effected by the chaos that was directly caused by his currency ban.

Promising everyone that the problems would be over by December 30, Modi attempted to provide reassurance, but unfortunately for the embattled prime minister, he was unable to live up to his words. The devastation that has been caused by his demonetization policies have continued to wreak havoc on the proletariat class.

His failure to produce the results he has promised will only serve to damage his credibility, although the totality of the long term fallout remains to be seen. He maintains a strong level of public support in the interim and the fractured Indian opposition has yet to mount a significant backlash against him.

However, this does not guarantee him victory at the upcoming state elections and he will face increasingly stiff political opposition along the way. If he cannot prove to voters that his presence is causing the country to gain, he stands a very good chance of losing his position.

Arun Jaitley, India’s finance minister, says the availability of currency is slated to improve in the weeks to come, but economists have advised citizens that it could take months for the situation to fully stabilize. Legendary rap group RUN-DMC has filed a $50 million lawsuit against a variety of retail outlets, including Wal-Mart and Amazon, for their unauthorized usage of the group’s trademark. The suit alleges that these companies are “trading on the goodwill” that RUN-DMC has built with their fan base to sell products that have not been endorsed by the group.

Darryl McDaniels, also known as DMC, cited the mass production of his trademark black frame glasses as an example, while the aforementioned are also alleged to have sold shirts, hats and various other forms of merchandise that have been emblazoned with the group’s trademark without seeking the necessary permission.

Original member Jam Master Jay passed away in a 2002 shooting that remains unsolved and the other surviving members, Reverend Run and DMC, no longer perform together. However, they are still widely considered to be elder statesmen in the rap community and the suit has been filed with the intention of stopping this unwanted form of copyright infringement.

The companies that have been accused of these violations also include a number of Amazon’s business partners and at press time, none of the retailers who have been named in the suit could be reached for comment.

Similarly, the attorney who is responsible for filing the case, Christopher Brown, also refused to return messages seeking a comment on the case.

Despite Third Day Of Losses, Stocks Close Out Year With Significant Gains

While the past few days of the stock market have been lackluster to say the least, this has not stopped the Dow from closing the year on an overall upswing, with gains of over 13 percent and the S&P 500 was also within shouting distance of double digit gains for 2016.

In addition, the Nasdaq Composite also showed a significant increase in 2016, wrapping up the year with a 7.5 percent net gain. The past week was the first down week since the election took place and while these past few days have caused the Dow’s pace to slow, the market still finished 13.4 percent higher than the previous year.

According to Tobias Levkovich, the chief United States equity strategist at Citigroup, the stock market is expected to experience added gains in 2017. While investors are very hopeful at the moment, they have not allowed the gains of 2016 to lull them into a false sense of security.

Thanks to the proposals that have been put forth by the Trump administration, including reduced corporate taxes and regulation, experts expect the stock market to remain robust in the coming 12 months.

However, there is some January volatility to be expected, as the nation prepares for its transition from the policies of the Barack Obama administration to the vastly different policies that will be set forth by president elect Donald Trump. The current economic backdrop is solid, but only time will tell how much of an effect Trump’s proposed policies are going to have.

As the first autopsy that was performed on deceased pop star George Michael provided no conclusive evidence, the investigation into his passing is slated to continue, according to a statement that was released by the Thames Valley Police.

The initial postmortem examination of Michael offered no additional insight into his cause of death and the results of further tests that are being carried out will not be known for several weeks. While his death is still being considered unexplained, it has yet to fall into the category of suspicious.

According to George Michael’s representatives, the singer passed away in a peaceful manner, at the age of 53. His lifeless body was found on Christmas Day at the home that he shared with his longtime boyfriend, Fadi Fawaz.

A wide array of other popular musicians immediately paid tribute to the deceased star and former front man of Wham!, including Elton John and Coldplay lead single Chris Martin.

Martin performed a touching rendition of the 1986 Wham! smash “Last Christmas” for a rapt audience at a local homeless shelter, while Elton John opened a Las Vegas concert with a stirring performance of “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me”.

John and Michael scored a major hit with their 1992 duet of the popular ballad and John was sure to let the crowd know how much he missed Michael, expressing a desire to sing with his late friend one last time. According to John, Michael was one of the “sweetest” and “most generous” people that he had ever met.

2016 was not a great year for many people, so much so that many would call it the scariest horror movie ever produced. A YouTube user even created a whole two-minute trailer for the year 2016 and is quite scary.

In this video, posted by Friend Dog Studios’ YouTube channel, a new couple moves into a new neighborhood looking to a long happy life together. But, as with all the horror movie, this goes very wrong very quick.

“It’s like things you never expect are happening everywhere,” a character using FaceTime says to his girlfriend. Flashes of David Bowie, Gene Wilder, and Muhammed Ali are displayed on the screen and even a slasher movie type killer is involved wearing a black mask over his face that has “2016” written on it. The video is very up to date as a picture of George Michael is shown and the voice over speaks “We lost Leia. This ends now.”

There’s a jab at Samsung, with the leading actress shows a bloody hand after her phone exploded, and talks about the shooting of a gorilla, a mention of the Harambe great ape that was killed in May 2016. As expected they say what characters should never mention in a horror movie, “It’s not like it can get any worse.”

One of the latest rumors is that a group of scientists and astronomers have built in secret a base at the North Pole, according to online “alien hunters” SecureTeam10. They are sure of this due to some satellite photos that according to them show the entrance to the secret NASA base.

“Every single satellite image that we have of the North Pole shows a massive hole or a black out hole put there to hide whatever’s underneath,” they claim on a video they shared. “NASA and the world’s governments are trying to… completely hide the fact that there is something at out North and South Poles. And what they are hiding appears to be a massive entrance, or hole, in the inner Earth.”

They believe this is proven by the fact that airplanes are not permitted to fly over the North Pole and a high-resolution satellite photo of Antarctica has been over blurred beyond recognition, sources say to the Daily Mirror.

Scientists have developed a brand new and much more precise way to measure gravity, the fact that can hold the key to some fundamental mysteries of physics.

One of the four fundamental forces of nature, gravity is responsible for keeping the entire Universe from tearing apart. And, as crucial to the existence of reality as we know it, there are still many factors that human beings still don’t understand.

Researchers have proposed the dark matter theory as a way to explain the amount of existing gravity we cannot account for. And even with that, there are still plenty of inconsistencies to the Standard Model, the best existing set of equations in which we can explain the workings of the Universe. There is even recent hypothesis that implies gravity is nothing more than an illusion.

This is why this latest study is so important, as it allows the understanding of gravity on a much grander scale, getting us so much closer to the answer. The process of atom interferometry, which is the basis of this new technique, measures differences in the wave phases of atoms in to determine the strength of the forces that pull on them, such as gravity, acceleration, and rotation.

Though not a new thing, the atom interferometry is now being used by researchers at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in a different way that reduces some of the existing errors in the common designs.

“The solution is very elegant and very clever,” stated physicist Dominik Schneble. “It fits the situation like a natural glove.”

In order to look convincing, the pupils an offer letter on a plain white sheet in neat crayon writing in which they require Obama to come to their school.

In exchange, the cute toddlers promise the current President the best treatment and lots of fun.

The video footage was filmed by non-profit Akanksha Foundation and last for more than two minutes.

The same organization founded the institution and financially supports it.

“Before you start looking for other jobs, we would like to offer you a job as our teacher at Akanksha,”, says one of the third graders in the video that became viral on the internet.

Portugal went through hard years of austerity, which are now paying off and Greece must also respect its commitments to her partners in the euro zone and creditors, said the minister of Economy, Antonio Pires de Lima to Reuters.

Pires de Lima excluded any renegotiation of the public debt of Greece, saying that Athens must respect the rules established by the members of the monetary union, especially considering the sacrifices made by Portugal.

The debt crisis in Greece became ‘ardent’ again earlier this month, after the new left government headed by Syriza party said it would abandon the reforms required in the bailout program and also the cooperation with the creditors (European Commission, European Central Bank and IMF), after years of austerity.

According to the Italian media,  Anis Amri lived for several weeks in Aprilia (40 km south of Rome) at one of his compatriots in Lampedusa. The man is currently in prison.

More searches were made, especially in homes where he has hosted a year ago.

Before fleeing to Germany in July 2015 Anis Amri arrived in Lampedusa in 2011, spent four years in prison for burning a school in Sicily and may have established some lasting contacts with other prisoners.

Germany repatriates its gold deposited in London and New York

Bundesbank brought into the country in 2016 more precious metal than Germany has originally planned.

Germany’s Central Bank has repatriated this year more gold from its reserves held abroad than initially planned. The objective is that half of the yellow metal reserves to be deposited at the headquarters in Frankfurt until 2020, said the president of the Bundesbank, Jens Weidmann, ln an interview with Bild.

‘In 2016, we have brought back to Germany a quantity of gold significantly higher than originally planned. So far, almost half of the gold reserves are in Germany’, said Weidmann.

Following the debt crisis in the euro area, a large part of the German population expressed the wish that a higher percentage of the gold reserve of 3381 tons should be stored at home.

In response, the Bundesbank has recently published a detailed list with location, inventory number, weight and purity of each ingot from its reserves.

In the next five years, Bundesbank plans to repatriate another 307 tons from its reserves of gold, so that until 2020 more than half of Germany’s gold Germany will be stored within the borders of the country, about a third at the Federal Reserve and the remaining 13% to the Bank of England.

Instead, the Bundesbank will no longer deposit gold at the Central Bank of France.

According to Bild, about 1,600 tons of German gold reserves are now in the country and by 2020 will reach to Frankfurt up to 1,700 tons of gold. Jens Weidmann said the Bundesbank will complete the gold operation faster than was originally estimated.

“No way,” Slaven Bilic said at a press conference. “Rashford is very valuable for Manchester United. There’s no way. There’s no way to get him. They have many games, four competitions. He’s playing. So no way. No way.”

The West Ham club has also been rumored to be interested in the Juventus full-back Patrice Evra and Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe as they are preparing to face the champions Leicester on New Year’s Eve, but they keep their options opened as agents around the world should start bringing in offers.

Their fans might be able to see them together one more time in the near future. The famous stage and film starlets, who sadly past away one day distance from each other will be the topic of a brand new HBO documentary, “Bright Lights”: starring Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher. First announcement saw the film debut in March, but further pushbacks have the movie now expected to air in the first half of 2017, according to the TV station USA Today.

“Bright Lights”, which was described by its makers as “an intimate portrait of Hollywood royalty,” will detail their life using interviews, photos, footage and homemade videos, such as a young 15 year old Carrie Fisher doing a rendition of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” written by the one who 10 years later would briefly be her husband, Paul Simon.

They are followed at fan events by the creators, filmmakers Alexis Bloom and Fisher Stevens, to Debbie’s show in Las Vegas and their homes in Beverly Hills. It ends with Debbie Reynolds preparing to receive her 2015 Screen Guild Life Achievement Award presented to her on the stage by Carrie.

David Rooney of Hollywood Reporter says in his review of the film that “Reynolds physical frailty puts her attendance at the ceremony in doubt. The resulting anxiety of Fisher, who suffers from bipolar disorder, spirals into a manic episode, which is quite emotional to witness.”

“It’s a love story,” HBO Documentary Films president Sheila Nevins told Variety. “The film is about both of them trying to stand upright, both having their frailties — age on the one hand and mental illness on the other. It’s a love story about a mother and daughter — they happen to be Carrie and Debbie.”

This girl from New Zeeland couldn’t have a horse, so instead she taught a cow how to jump.

Hannah Simpson rides her cow, Leila. When the cow was just six months old, Hannah, dared by her brother, trained it to jump 1.4 meters high.

The Swiss Brown dairy cow is training with the teenager every day at the family’s farm in Invercargill.

The girl said in an interview with The Guardian that she doesn’t expect from the animal to act like a horse, but she really loves Leila and her ability of jumping is amazing.

She always had a thing for jumping and since the cow jumped as she was little too, she decided it was a good idea to try that with her since she did not have a horse.

They began jumping over logs and then over higher things.

Hannah loves animals a lot, her social media page is filled with pictures of dogs, sheep, goats and of course, the special Leila. On her Instagram, you can watch videos of her and the cow jumping over logs.

Because the cow doesn’t like wearing a saddle, Hannah has to ride on her bare back.

Now, even though she already has a horse, she still prefers Leila.

“I don’t need to compete. She is more special than a horse, more rare,” said the 17-year-old.

Her idea is definitely very original and what was just a bet at the beginning turned out to be something pretty cool and unique.

Couple married for 63 years die hours after each other

In this super-technologized world, it is nice to see that true love still exists. This couple was married for 63 years and after so much wonderful time spent together, they proved there is love after death.

Their daughter, Sheryl, says “they were devoted to each other”. She recalls their life together, how they would do everything for each other. She remembers her parents would meet every night to watch the news together.

Until the end of November, the two were pretty stable and were doing things on their own. Trent, 88, was the first one to fall. He slowly started to lose his appetite and in a matter of weeks, he stopped eating at all. After that, everything came crumbling down.

Trent started vomiting and was rushed to the hospital by his wife and their daughter. The doctors said that his kidneys were shutting down, a thing which was most probably caused by his medication.

His wife, Dolores, 83, was devastated by the news. Her daughter tried to prepare her as much as she could: “Mom, he can go at any second”. The 83-year-old couldn’t have imagined her life without her soulmate.

The next day, Dolores returned to the hospital to be by his side. She had a habit of sleeping while sitting up, so when she did just that, nobody was surprised. Her son tried to wake her up, but she wouldn’t respond. The woman was rushed to the emergency room, where the doctors said that a blood vessel had burst and her skull was “filled with blood”.

The staff from the hospital decided to place her by her husband’s side after she told them about their life together.

When they finally broke the news to Trent, he was in shock: “I was supposed to go first,”  “I don’t know who I will sit on the couch with and watch the 10 o’clock news with.”

After the news, although he was told that he would live with dialyzes, Trent’s heart began to fail.

Dolores died on December 9, at 9 PM and was followed by her husband on December 10, at 4 PM.

They would’ve had their 64’th wedding anniversary on January 17.

Chinese film studio sued by Disney after they copied animated movie ‘Cars’

Blue MTV, the Chinese film studio that produced the incriminating animated movie entitled “Autobots” are forced by law “to stop any crime at the rights owned by Disney’,  announced the High Court in Shanghai on a social network.

The High Court ordered the Chinese company to pay up 1.35 million yuan (186,000 euros) in damages to Disney and to support the court fees.

The amount is insignificant for the Californian entertainment giant, which recently inaugurated in Shanghai a new Disneyland amusement park. The project required an investment of 5.5 billion dollars.

Produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Disney in 2006, the movie “Cars” won the Golden Globe for best-animated film and the appreciation of all critics.

Shanghai Court acknowledged that “Autobots”, released last year on the big screens in China includes a series of disturbing similarities with the American feature film.

In the Chinese production, you can encounter the same characters from the “Cars” franchise. The most eloquent example is the red car Flash McQueen or Italian Formula 1racer Francesco Bernoulli.

In addition, the posters of both films look like two drops of water and the name “Autobots” in Chinese sounds like the Mandarin translation of the title “Cars”. This represents an “illegal competition”.

Counterfeits and imitations remain a common practice in China and the Beijing Government is constantly accused of such illegalities.

Justin clearly loves the attention and the big number of siblings, as he several times stated that he dreams of having his own big family at one point in life.

“I’d love to be settled down by the age of 30,” he said earlier this year in a Glamour magazine interview. ”My biggest dream is to have a family of my own.”

For Christmas, the singer took a break from his long Purpose world tour and spent it in Los Angeles. His last performance was in London in November and the tour will resume in February with a concert in Mexico and will last until the end of September 2017.
