Check Point security experts have recently discovered a widespread malware campaign at the Play store. The malware we are talking about here is called Judy, and it was discovered in 41 applications developed by a Korean company that is not exactly trust worthy.

This type of malware is actually an adware that uses thousands of false clicks on ads to generate revenue.

As host applications became more popular, it is estimated the number of affected devices would have reached about 36.5 million.

Researchers have found that other apps in the store were malware, but the connection between the two revelations is not yet clear. One of the scenarios is the malware has been “borrowed” from some applications.

Some apps are available in the Play Store for years, but have recently received an update that would integrate the adware. However, Check Point’s experts, quoted by fossbytes.com, are not sure how old the presence of the malicious code is in the analyzed applications.

In order to get past the Google Play security system, Judy’s creators made an application that seemed right.

Once installed on a phone, the app connects to a control and command server, where it downloads the malware, including JavaScript, and author-controlled links.

Adware then opens the link that mimics a PC browser on a hidden webpage.

After this step, a new redirect was uploading ads from Google Ads, generating false clicks.

But how is that possible? Because when we think about a website we have in mind this flat surface on a screen, but in reality websites have three dimensional patterns behind them, which are made in accordance to the layers of information they represent.

The Beer project is called “Web Spaces” and its main purpose is to highlight the so-called layers of hierarchy.

A web page is made up of several elements arranged on some of these layers of hierarchy.

Some are above, while some are below.

So we can form 3D images of some websites based on them. When looking at the X-ray of a site, we can remember classic maps that are graded by color.

For example, the mountains that are represented by brown are higher than the plains that are represented in green. The principle is the same.

Jip de Beer has made a plug-in for browsers that color the different elements in the hierarchy layers so we can get a 3D “map”.

After analyzing a visual representation, the artist starts the work and sculpts the masterpieces with code and color type.

The models that Beer has done so far are Facebook, Google and Wetransfer, in gold, steel, aluminum, silver or a combination of all of these materials.

The artist is about to finish the Faculty of Arts in Groningen, the Netherlands and is fascinated by automation.

He tries to optimize his artistic style with programming, notes The Next Web.

The clip gathered no less than 72 million views, writes independent.co.uk.

Initially, the clip was uploaded on Facebook, gathering 72 million views, over 1.6 million shares and 339,000 comments.

However, most people questioned its authenticity.

According to the British paper, the child was born in Brazil and, at one point, the nurse screams out loud: “God, the girl is walking. Oh my God!”, while another person in the room says: “Wait, let me film.”

The midwife explained that she was just trying to wash the newborn, but the baby was constantly trying to get up and leave.

It is not known who the girl’s parents are or the hospital where was born.

However, considering the nurse’s uniform, the logo belongs to the Santa Cruz Hospital from Rio Grande do Sul.

Manuel Noriega was hospitalized in March after the doctors discovered a brain tumor, taking his last breath last night at the Santo Tomas Hospital in Ciudad de Panama.

“Mister Noriega died last night”, State Secretary for Communication Manuel Dominguez reported for France Presse.

Via a Twitter post related to the death of the former dictator and ruler of Panama, Juan Carlos Varela, writes that Noriega died shortly after he went through a brain surgery earlier this year.

Manuel Noriega led Panama from 1983 to 1989 and worked closely with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) until he fell into disgrace.

He was vanquished in 1989 when the US invaded Panama and removed its corrupt government, later being sentenced for drug trafficking.

Noriega has collaborated with drug dealers like the famous Colombian drug baron Pablo Escobar.

Manuel Noriega has been in prison for more than two decades in the US for drug trafficking and two years in France for money laundering.

23 people were killed in Egypt on Friday afternoon after a group of unidentified men opened the fire in the bus they were traveling in, reports BBC.

A spokesman from the Egyptian Ministry of Health confirmed the number of the victims, adding other 25 were wounded and rushed to the hospital.

The horrifying attack unfolded in the Minya Province, 220 kilometers away from the capital of Cairo.

All victims were Coptic Christians and they were heading to the Anba Samuel Monastery from Minya.

Since 2013, when the national army vanquished Islamist President Mohamed Morsi, the country is frequently experiencing these unpleasant events.

The Taboo protagonist urged people to donate the money to the British Red Cross Society via an online section created on the JustGiving platform.

‘I hope that we will all be able to raise funds as a gesture of goodwill and love, to help to a small extent and to repair – if it can ever be repaired – the destruction caused on Monday night.

We have many things to do and for many of us this will become the beginning of a new life without their loved ones and it will be a new life for those who are irremediably affected by a crime that has no reason, no purpose and it’s a simple act of cowardice full of cruelty, meaningless barbarity and violence. The terrorist attack from Manchester Arena killed 22 people and caused the wounding of other 50.

The author is Libyan Salman Abedi at the end of the concert.

Most victims were children or teenagers and the author died during the impact caused by the explosion.

According to the last reports, the explosive device was crafted by the author himself, who learned how to produce these objects in a Libyan training camp.

The British intelligence services fear that Salman Abedi would have built a second explosive device that could now be in the hands of his accomplices, The Telegraph reports.

A group of officers who initiated the raid in the terrorist’s house discovered this literal production line of chemical reserves and other components used to create explosives.

Authorities are now taking into consideration the hypothesis the detonated bomb from Manchester Arena was created by Salman Abedi himself, after learning how to produce DIY bombs in a Libyan training camp.

The incredible amount of material found in the teenager’s places sparked major panic among investigators who are now thinking the Manchester bomb would not have been the only one created by Abedi.

Salman arrived in Manchester last Thursday on the Istanbul-Dusseldorf route, after fleeing from Libya. On Friday, he was surprised by the surveillance system in a shopping center where he bought a black backpack similar to the one found at the scene where the exact same that the investigators believe Salman placed the bomb in.

Authorities believe Abedi would have produced the explosive in an apartment, aspect that indicates the terrorist went through a very complex training: “It’s not something you can learn by reading a book or from a video on Youtube. He learned this in a camp somewhere most likely Libya, but once you know how to assemble all the components, a bomb can be manufactured quite quickly.”, stated a security expert.
