Ford sued the American vlogger and wrestler John Cena after he sold his Ford GT supercar, a limited-edition model just weeks after he received it.

John Cena was chosen by the US automaker from thousands of applicants who wanted to buy the assembled car produced in just 1.000 copies, according to unilad.co.uk.

However, it seems that the wrestler violated the purchase contract that stipulated that he was not entitled to sell the supercar for at least two years after buying it.

Ford wants damages of over $75.000 because the brand’s reputation has suffered as a result of the athlete’s irresponsible actions.

The manufacturer also asks for expenses to be settled in the trial and the return of illegal profits from the sale, namely $500.000.

John Cena offered his apology to Ford, claiming that he “will cooperate to resolve the situation.”

The first text message turns 25, today!

Most of us have become addicted to smartphones and other mobile devices, but how many of you know the first text message is not even that “old”?

In 2017, chat and VoIP apps dictate everything. It is most likely that no text message has been written for some time since most text conversations are handled by WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, iMessage, Viber and more.

All of this, however, was derived from short text messages in plain text.

Text messages were so important that they defined the limitations of important social networks, such as Twitter.

The first text message was sent on December 3, 1992, by engineer Neil Papworth.

The recipient of the SMS was the Vodafone director at that time, Richard Jarvis. The content of the message was a classic Happy Christmas in English.

It is important to note that, for the purpose of sending the first message, he used a computer, to the detriment of a mobile phone. The details matter less now. Importantly, that historical moment has significantly influenced many of our current habits.

Since the first SMS, things have changed dramatically

Although early adoption of short messages on mobile was slow, there are now many Internet users who prefer not to speak at all, but just to type texts.

As a reference for the evolution of the standard, in 2006, only in the US, 12.5 billion messages were sent in one month.

That figure has grown to 45 billion in one month in 2007. In June 2017, no less than 781 billion messages have been shipped to mobile in various formats.

A shocking case in India, where a baby was declared dead by doctors, but end up waking up shortly before his funeral terrified the entire world.

Two doctors from a private hospital situated in the capital of India declared the baby’s death a few hours after his mother gave birth.

Doctors have told parents that he did not survive after his twin brother was declared dead at birth.

Devastated by the news, the family began preparing the funeral of the little ones.

Parents said the doctors gave the bodies of the two babies wrapped up in a plastic bag.

At that moment, one of them noticed how the bag started moving.

Immediately, they went to another clinic where they have discovered their baby is still alive.

The case has sparked controversy in India, especially as people pay large sums to receive health care at private hospitals, but even so the quality of the services is doubtful.

In this context, Minister Arvind Kejriwal specified that he had requested an investigation at Max Hospital, qualifying the incident as “a shocking negligence”.

At the same time, the clinic then announced that the two doctors were fired.

Conor McGregor is not exactly the type who controls his temper whenever someone is messing around with him.

Due to his temper, he is now facing huge problems with the Irish mafia.

The fighter would have started a huge fight in a bar in Dublin with a group of men, including an Irish mafia associate.

The man beaten by the MMA champion is the friend and business partner of the Kinahan cartel leader.

Moreover, some Irish publications write that, in fact, the victim might even be the father of the cartel leader.

The Sun has published a material in which a source has declared under the protection of anonymity that the person beaten by Conor would be one of the group’s leaders and that it is known that he does not allow anyone to tarnish his reputation.

The Irish press writes that in order to be forgiven, Conor has to pay a fee of 1 million euros.

Meanwhile, the fighter left Ireland and had already been in contact with the Kinahan clan to pay up the money without facing any other problems.

One million Euros is not that much, considering that we are talking about Conor McGregor, as he has won over $ 100 million in the match with Floyd Mayweather.

However, the situation is by no means honorable.

Dana White believes McGregor is likely to no longer step into the ring, as he has raised enough money to withdraw.

At the end of last week, Prince Harry and his fiancé, former actress Meghan Markle, marked their first royal duty as an engaged couple.

It was an interesting experience for the British prince, who had the opportunity of getting to know the royal sympathizers with his fiancée, but it was certainly more moving for Meghan, who faced her first royal obligation.

That’s why the former American actress turned to various tricks so that nothing would spoil her first encounter with Harry’s royal supporters.

She wore a flawless outfit that represented her perfectly, although she is totally different from her future sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge.

More specifically, for this unprecedented occasion at the Nottingham Contemporary Exhibition Center, Meghan sported a flattering blue-colored coat, signed by the Canadian brand Mackage, a long beige skirt, a simple black top and a pair of black long boots.

The former actress refused to wear gloves in order to stay warm, next to the people gathered in front of that center in Nottingham, but she still wore a “heat pack” in her pockets, a device designed to keep her hands warm.

The culmination is that, at one point, Meghan handed that “heat pack” to a royal sympathizer whose hands were frozen.

“He (Prince Harry) was about to get his hands on me, but my hands were frozen, so Meghan looked in her pockets and handed me the” heat pack “. I said << Thank you! >>. I think they are very cute, “said Emily, a Coventry University student who had the opportunity to get to know Meghan and Harry and to receive a gift from the future duchess.

Ten Iraqi refugees, including three children under the age of 15, and an Afghan refugee were discovered in the UK in a lorry’s trailer.

The door of the trailer was locked, while the lock we’re sealed with a super strong glue.

The 11 immigrants survived marvelously and they fed the Belgian chocolate transported by the truck driver who helped them, reports The Telegraph.

The refugees discovered in the trailer were discovered by the authorities after their cries for help and the desperate screams were heard by the people sitting at a café, where the truck driver made a quick stop.

The police arrived at the scene, but the officers had to call the fire crews because the locks of the trailer were ruined by the strong glue.

After being released from the trailer, the refugees were evaluated by a team of doctors and they are now detained by the British authorities for having illegally entered the United Kingdom.

In August 2015, 71 refugees crammed into a truck found on an Austrian road suffered terrible death by suffocation.

The victims, who were locked in the refrigerated container, where found dead after several hours.

Us senator: “It’s crazy to send spouses and children to South Korea”

The families of US military personnel in South Korea should return to the United States, given the unprecedented intensification of the Korean Peninsula atmosphere of war, stated the influential US Senator Lindsey Graham.

The senator, who is a member of the Army Commission, addressed this requirement in front of the Pentagon officials.

In fact, Lindsey Graham is one of the opponents of the South Korean outpost, which currently includes 28.500 US soldiers, writes The Guardian.

“It is pure madness to send wives and children to South Korea, to face the North Korean challenges,” Graham said during the “Face the Nation” show on CBS, adding these families should be subject to the principle administrative.

Previously, Lindsey Graham said the spectrum of a “preventative war” with North Korea is approaching.

South Korea and the United States kicked off the most extensive joint exercises in the world to date, Pyongyang qualifiers as a “total challenge,” intervening a few days after making a North Korean intercontinental missile shooting.

The “Vigilant Ace” exercise, which involves approximately 230 planes, including F-22 Raptor, and tens of thousands of soldiers, began Monday morning and is expected to last five days, according to South Korean Air Force.

Even if it is a regular maneuver, this year’s edition differs in size and intensity from the precedent ones, with the aim of exerting a military pressure on Pyongyang, which last week conducted an intercontinental ballistic missile shoot Hwasong-15, notes Yonhap.

The “ghost illness” killing thousands of North Koreans

The nuclear tests conducted by the Pyongyang leader have generated the most devastating side-effect among the North Koreans.

Apparently, a “ghost illness” is slowly but surely killing the North Korean people suggests an NBC report.

The area where the regime uses to carry their experiments, the Kilju region has become a cursed place, where children are born with malformation, says Lee Jeong Hwa in a report.

Until the woman managed to fly from North Korea in 2010, she lived near the nuclear center and she is now suffering from “endless chronic pains”.

However, her physical misery cannot be compared to the misery suffered by those who are trapped in the country.

“So many people died, so we started to call the cause <<ghost disease>>. At first, we thought we were dying because we were poor and unharmed. Now, I know the radiations are to blame”, explained Lee.

Lee is part of the group of 30 North Korean people from the Kilju region that have been constantly tested in recent years by the Seoul Ministerial Unification, who wants to measure their contamination level.

Another North Korean 60-year-old escapes in 2013, Rhee Yeong Sil, tells NBC that one of his neighbors gave birth to a child without genitalia, stating that newborns are often killed even by their parents.

How do these testimonies appear inside the Korean scientific community?

Suh Kun-yull, professor of nuclear engineering at Seoul University, argues that it is difficult to prove the veracity of these claims because researchers are currently facing a “total lack of data” regarding the impact of the Pyongyang nuclear program on public health.

However, the South Korean professor points out, “I do not think that (these people – n.r.) are lying.”

“We have to believe the word, but I have no reliable information.”

The center where North Korea performs the nuclear tests would have turned the region into a “radioactive wasteland,” The Telegraph reported last month.

Approximately 80% of the trees have dried, the wells have dried, and the area now looks like a huge desert.

An Australian MP, member of a conservative party, urged his long-time partner to tie the knot on Monday, shortly after a legislative project which consisted of legalizing same-sex marriages was accepted by the House of Representatives.

Tim Wilson is engaged to Ryan Bolger for nine long years and he barely contained his tears the moment he expressed his gratitude in front of this partner.

“In my first speech, we defined our relationship through the ring that we carry on our left hand”, stated the 37-year-old representative.

“Then there is only one thing to do: Ryan Patrick Bolger, do you want to marry me?”, added the politician, leaving everyone present in the room with their mouths wide open.

The man, obviously, said “yes”, while his colleagues and friends were applauding frenetically.

The draft law was approved without too much difficulty by the Lower House of Parliament before Christmas after it was passed last week by the Senate.

After more than ten years of debate, Australians finally expressed their tolerance when it came to the same-sex marriages.

“It is a moment that includes recognition and respect”, commented Premier Malcolm Turnbull, while the representatives began to debate the text.

Former Conservative Prime Minister Tony Abbott, one of the most important voices who totally opposed with the law from the very beginning, will from now on, back the law.

“I certainly will not make myself look like a last-minute convert for gay marriage, but I promised to respect the verdict of the Australian people,” he said.
