For the first time in the last 15 years, Gisele Bundchen is being upstaged by a much younger model

The Brazilian beauty is no longer the best-paid model in the world and, because “money goes to money”, the new world’s number one is no other than Kendall Jenner.

According to Forbes, Kendall Jenner is this year’s best-paid super-model, urging Gisele to drop onto the second position of the ranking, who was No.1 for more than 15 years.

Kendall is now the new leader of the top, earning a total income of $22 million only in 2017.

How?

Thanks to her Instagram account, followed by millions, Kendall Jenner used the social platform as her main tool to promote various brands and products, especially her deal with Estee Lauder, La Perla, and Adidas.

Obviously, her super profitable family, a clothing line with Kylie and her modeling gigs, they all contributed to her impressive income.

This year, for example, Kendall graced the catwalk in creations from Alexander Wang, Fendi, Chanel and Marc Jacobs.

Her Brazilian mentor, Gisele, reported $17.5 million in revenue is second in this ranking

Regarding Gisele’s modeling career in 2017, the mommy of three focused more on her image contracts with Carolina Herrera, Arezzo and Vivara.

The podium is completed by Chrissy Teigen, with a $13.5 million in revenues, amount mostly generated by the commercials for Vita Coco and Smirnoff.

The list also includes Adriana Lima ($ 10.5 million), Gigi Hadid ($ 9.5 million), Rosie Huntington-Whiteley ($ 9.5 million), Karlie Kloss ($ 9 million), Liu Wen ($ 5 million), Bella Hadid ($ 6 million) and plus-size Ashley Graham ($ 5.5 million).
