Claudio Bravo has officially become a member of the Manchester United club according to August 25, 2016, report and video from the Manchester Evening News and Manchester United. The negotiations for the transfer of Bravo from Barcelona in a different league as well as the prospects for the star to maintain his notoriety was helped by Manchester’s recent string of wins and the club’s successful qualification for the Champions League.

Bravo joined Manchester at a reported £15.3 million salary package. The deal is a substantial increase in pay for Bravo who reportedly made £9.7 million a year as a goalkeeper with Barcelona. The world class reputation of Bravo was a definite consideration for the move as well as his winning record.

The interview claims that one of the most important parts of the decision to move for Bravo was the acceptance of him by Manchester fans. The decision was made after many reported visits with fans at local clubs and team support organizations.

Bravo hints in the interview that he may not be the number one player on the Manchester team. He cites some past poor performance and physical problems as issues that have been settled and very humbly states that he will do his best and continue to improve to provide his utmost for Manchester and its followers.

Bravo firmly expresses his commitment to the club first and to all of the players. He also notes that his decision was made after many conversations with his new team mates and members of the Barcelona team.

Manchester has stated that Bravo will in all likelihood play against West Ham in the upcoming match this weekend. Expectations are high that the addition of this football legend may enable Manchester to win it all this year.
