After a series of breaking ups and reconciliations, Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart made the final step and ended their five years relationship.
The breakup was not because of some fight or anything dramatic, but an agreement from both sides, the two saying they will remain good friends and that they will continue seeing each other even after.
It seems that the one who made the step towards the split was J.Lo, although the relationship came to a natural end.
The actress and singer met Casper not long after her divorce from the singer Mark Anthony, in 2011, and since then their relationship knew ups and downs. At some point, there were even rumors going around about a possible engagement between the two, when Lopez was seen wearing a diamond ring, but she made it clear at the moment that it is not happening.
Jennifer Lopez was born on July 24, 1969, in one of the largest neighborhoods in New York, Bronx, into a family of Puerto Ricans. She was not raised in a musical family, like many artists, her mother being a kindergarten teacher and the father a computer specialist. Jennifer grew up with two sisters, Lynda and Leslie. She had an inclination towards music since the first time she began singing in Catholic schools.
In the late 90s, she started her musical career. She had a successful debut with her first album titled “On the 6” which contained hits such as “If you had my love” or “Waiting for Tonight”. For this album, Jennifer received platinum due to sales volume.
