Do you want an apartment that has natural light all day? Or on the contrary, want to have a more romantic low light? The first full rotational apartment building in the world is being built in Dubai.

The amazing luxurious project is due to be finished by 2020, although it has been planned 9 years ago. The architect, who is Israeli-Italian, wants to write history and the best place for architectural history is, of course, Dubai.

The building is named Dynamic Tower Hotel and has the capability to rotate 360 degrees, displaying a full view of Dubai. The skyscraper will have 80 floors that will be able to rotate individually, depending on the needs of each resident. They will use voice commands in order to increase or decrease the spinning speed or stop the rotation when they reached the perfect view.

And the surprises of the project are more than that. The building will have its own energy, powered by almost 80 wind turbines based on the bottom and solar panels at the top of the roof.

Initially planned as a hotel, the architect and the clients changed the target of the building, transforming it into a residential product.

Besides the amazing experience and the obvious luxury, the building will also offer other facilities, based on the latest trends in technology, for business and for relaxation also.

There is no surprise the apartments won’t be cheap, the starting price leaving from $30 million, as the skyscraper building costs are more than 350 million pounds.

The ambitious architect has several similar projects that he wants to develop in other big cities in the world, like Moscow, New York, London, and Paris.
