Sir David Attenborough is going to make a sequel after “Blue Planet”. The beloved 2001 production will be transformed into a series that will have seven parts.

The sequel will be focusing on recent major discoveries from under the sea. The series have been filmed in the last four years in all the seas and oceans from around the globe.

Some of the best technology was used to take the best shots. Sharks had camera on their backs that can record the life from under the sea in miniature. Dolphins and predatory fish were filmed with special cameras.

Sir David said that he is really excited to be part of this production. The production captures the majority of life under the sea from all over the world.

People are excited to see him back after so many years.

The producer of the show, James Honeyborne, declared that the marine life is one of the most exciting things at the moment. The latest discoveries show us a brand-new world.

They say we should prepare, because the series will show some unique and unbelievable discoveries. From places, to creatures and behaviors. The producer says that this series will not only amaze us, but it will make us understand why is important to protect the oceans.

Last year, “Planet earth II” was out and every episode had a large number of viewers. The series had only six episodes and Sir David had a message at the end, to protect the creatures and make the world a better place.
