When it comes to the fashion industry, the most appreciated social media platform has to be Instagram.
Let’s admit, we are all jealous of those fashion bloggers who spend hours and even days to prepare their next Instagram post.
Their shots are incredible and so is their personal style.
These fashionholics spend hours to choose the perfect outfit, to discover the perfect location and the editing process… let’s just not get into it.
Another issue that, us, ‘mortals’ are extremely concerned about when it comes to our Instagram posts are the captions…
I don’t know about you guys, but I am always getting trouble once I reach this step.
So, I did a little bit of a research and I discovered the cutest and interesting details.
The first is to be brief!
The perfect caption doesn’t have to be longer than a tweet.
Just try to come up with a word or a syntagma, to describe the key elements in your pictures.
The caption has to increase the value of your post
Most people, when they scroll down on the main page, they don’t really read the captions.
If you want a description that everyone will focus on, you should start by communicating something authentic and meaningful.
Don’t make an ‘abuse of hashtags’
#if #you #post #like #this – Please, stop!
First of all, it looks like you’re struggling way too much!
The main idea is to look careless, casual and relaxed.
Something like the number of likes and shares it will be your last concern.
Pictures without captions are ‘OK’
If you access Beyonce’s Instagram page, you will notice that Queen B never added any caption, which is kind of cool.
It means something like: ‘This pic is awesome the way it is and it doesn’t need a caption to obtain more likes’.
