The letter in which the legendary rapper is telling Madonna their relationship must end will be auctioned for $100.000
In large, Tupac explains to Madonna why they cannot be together anymore, after almost one year of dating.
According to TMZ, Tupac was sentenced to one year in prison when he wrote the letter and, according to his words, the romance ended because they don’t share the same skin color.
“You, being seen with a man of color would not endanger your career in any way, it would be something that would make you look more open and exciting,” the rapper wrote.
In the letter, Tupac insists “the issue is with him” because his image is in steak.
“However, I feel I would disappoint half the people who made me”.
The letter will be auctioned on July 19 and the starting price is $100.000
Madonna only confirmed that she and Tupac have dated two years ago.
Tupac Amaru Shakur, better known as 2Pac, was one of the most controversial American artists.
Shot on September 7, 1996, in Las Vegas, Tupac died in the hospital six days later, after the wounds generated other complications.
The rapper was only 25 when he gave his last breath.
The mystery surrounding the rapper’s tragic death was solved when one of the men who shot his car in Las Vegas wrote a letter in which he explained everything.
