After hiding their romance for more than four years, Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have decided to go public

Holding hands during a beach stroll in Malibu represented the artist and Tom Cruise’s former wife way of telling the world they are I love with each other and they are happier than ever.

At one point, the tabloids were rumoring that Katie’s divorce settlement put together by Tom’s legal team included the most unusual clause: the brunette was banned from publicly dating anyone for the next five years.

Considering their divorce was finalized in 2012 and we are now in 2017, I guess that we can assume the rumor was actually a dreadful reality for Cruise’s baby momma.

Although the solid couple was spotted together on various occasions, this is the first time when they are actually displaying some PDA.

The cheeky couple played in the water and laughed all the way through.

According to the American press, the pair met at a Minnesota Vikings vs. Washington Redskins game, when Katie was still married to Tom.

However, the first rumors regarding their fling appeared in 2013, shortly after they both made appearances at the 4th Annual Apollo in the Hamptons Benefit.
