Lil Wayne was hospitalized in Chicago on Sunday after suffering an epileptic seizure and was found unconscious in his hotel room.

The information was first published by TMZ, which reported that the rapper was submitted to the Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, where, shortly after his arrival, he suffered another epileptic seizure.

During the past years, the rapper has been hospitalized several times due to these neurological anomalies.

Last time when his health condition was critical was in 2013 when he spent six days in the hospital.

In 2016, the rapper suffered an epileptic seizure while during a flight with his private plane, when the pilot of the aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing in Omaha. Then, after the plane took off again, Lil Wayne suffered a new epileptic seizure.and made an emergency landing, also in Omaha.

The American rapper who is currently on tour with Rae Sremmurd was supposed to perform on 3^rd September in Las Vegas.

Wayne’s representatives have not yet announced whether the rapper will support the concert.
