This granny from Siberia has conquered the internet
Elena Erkhova was dubbed by social media “Super babushka” after she has discovered her passion for traveling at the age of 90.
She is a survivor of the Second World War and her Instagram page, created less than a year ago was flooded by following requests as soon as a journalist wrote this amazing story about her.

Considering that she always lived a modest life and her pension is not exactly a small fortune, the woman has finally managed to travel abroad at the age of 83.
No matter of how far her next destination is, “Super Babushka” is searching for the cheapest deals and she even managed to spend a week in Vietnam.
Baba Lena was not able to travel during her youth because, well, she was poor and her incredible story became viral after she told everything to a tourist, whom she has met during her vacation in Vietnam.
After talking for hours, they became friends.
After the article about Baba Lena viralized, the granny created her own Instagram account.
Obviously, she does not post often because she can’t afford to travel every single month.
However, 50.000 people “gathered” around her Instagram page to find out her story and to check her vacation pictures.
