A lost bet led a British author to eat one his own book

The writer chewed up several pages from his book during a live television show after he mispredicted the result obtained by the Labor’s Party during the parliamentary elections.

Ironically, the book that he was challenged to eat is entitled ‘Brexit’.

“I was surprised that Jeremy Corbyn got with two percent more than I estimated, and I said I was going to eat this book, which is available in all bookstores.

Two percent means something.

I am a spokesperson so I will sit here and eat my own book while you see your business.

It’s pretty hard, there are a lot of chemicals, but I have to finish it all”, said Matthew Goodwin.
