It seems that the traditional student dorms are no longer on the taste of the ‘rich kids’ who prefer more luxurious places to live and end up spending around £20,000 per year for a studio in London’s most luxurious student buildings.
In the Pure Student Living flats, the price starts from £270 a week, where they get access to a modern and spacious common room, while the top price rises up to £435 a week.
Most of the flats in the Aldgate site, located in seven different locations across London, have underfloor heating, a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen as well.
Most of the buildings are located in the 1st and 2nd areas in London with postcodes that everyone is jealous of.
The buildings have also small cinemas where getting to know your neighbors is easier, as well as spending time with the friends. They also include 24 hours gym where one can get a workout at any time of the day.
Although the prices are high, most of the flats in these buildings are sold out.
London is not the only city to offer such accommodation for students, luxurious flats been available in locations as Leeds or Cardiff as well.
Even if the prices are so high, there are some, of course, that are not happy with the conditions offered for this amount of money saying that the rooms failed meeting the expectations and that they ‘sucked’.
Even if there are people saying the flats don’t meet the conditions for the price, the owners of the buildings came up with arguments like the locations of the flats which are one of the best.
In luxurious student London digs by Pure Student Living, feature underfloor heating, a cinema and gym.
