‘Harley and The Davidsons’ is one of Discovery’s biggest projects. The production was filmed in Romania and premieres in September.

The miniseries was filmed earlier this year and Discovery worked with Castel Film Studios in order to achieve the best results.

‘Harley and The Davidsons’ cast includes some big names such as:  ‘Game of Thrones’ actor Michiel Huisman , Robert Aramayo and ‘CSI’ Bug Hall.

The miniseries will be divided into three parts and airs on September, 11 on the Discovery Channel.

‘It’s kind of a sincere and captivating story that fits perfectly with Discovery Channel,” said  Discovery Group President Rich Ross

‘Harley-Davidson’s founders have created a simple but very modern entrepreneurship’, added Ross.

The screenplay was created by Evan Wright, Seth Fisher, and Nick Schenk.

‘Harley and The Davidsons’ tells the story of its founders and their struggle to gather loyal supporters of their brand-new company.

Walter, Arthur and Bill Harley-Davidson made a name for themselves after they created the motorcycle that ‘can go anywhere’. The superbike represents a true legacy, that lasts for more than 100 years.

Initially manufactured in a barrack from Milwaukee, these engines are able to survive in almost any conditions. Walter tested the bike himself. His ambition and dedication transformed him in a top pilot. For Arthur, this was the perfect opportunity to become famous, while Bill Harley used the project to use him engineering talent and free himself from his overbearing parents.
