‘Scurrying’ Pokemon for too many hours can cause you some health problems.

If most people accuse back and neck pains after the age of 40, doctors claim more young adults and even adolescents are complaining about these issues.

Apparently, this medical phenomenon started right after the Pokemon-frenzy, and their positions, while they are playing the game, is the most injurious factor.

Our position while we are playing ‘Pokemon Go’ is so dangerous and damaging  chronic it might lead to premature degeneration of the cervical spine, bone spurs, and muscle deformity.

If this posture is held for an extended amount of time, it can strain the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the neck, causing pain and stiffness.

In order to avoid these unnecessary problems, the best thing you can do is to stop using your phone so much when you’re walking down the street.

Here’re some tips while hunting Pokemon, in order to prevent neck or back pains:

  1. Try to hold your phone at a higher angle so you won’t became forced to bend

  2. When you’re walking on the street try to adopt a straight posture

  3. Don’t play the game when you’re sitting in the sunlight

  4. Last but not least: take breaks!

  5. Stretch your neck

For some people, this game has become a literal obsession. We know you want to catch all of them, but you should at least consider these five useful pieces of advice, so you can avoid nasty back pains.
