The singer decided to welcome the twins at home

Beyoncé and her husband spent a million dollars in order to build a real maternity inside their mansion, so when the babies are born the doctors should not be forced to transfer them to the hospital for their first medical check-up.

The $1 million dollars maternity was put together in one of the wings of their Hollywood villa

The reason behind their major decision was ‘intimacy’ so they had to take safety measures in order for the medical staff to benefit from all the necessary medical equipment including an incubator.

“It’s all about privacy and security. It is not commonplace as a person waiting for twins to give birth at home, but Beyonce talked to her doctors and concluded that she can do it. Her condition is very good, and the two spouses have set up a professional maternity unit inside their own house. They will also have an ambulance available to take them to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in case she or the babies need hospital care”, revealed a source close to the couple.

The 35-year-old singer and her 47-year-old husband wanted to welcome the twins at home mostly because of the major controversies that have arisen five years ago when Blue Ivy was born.

At that time, Beyonce gave birth to the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and the press wrote they had paid $1 million to rent an entire floor of the building.

Several patients complained that bodyguards blocked the entrance and a man whose wife had given birth in that same day was not allowed to visit his twins.
