Phil Smith was 52 years old and he and Violetta had recently moved in his 1.5 billion pounds villa with their three children.

According to The Telegraph, the successful entrepreneur resorted to the horrifying gesture after spotting Violetta with another man.

A few days later, the man drove 59 kilometers and hung on the ceiling of a roof, convinced that his wife is secretly seeing another man.

The man suffered a stroke in 2012 and became both physically and mentally disabled.
