We all know how healthy salads can be and how they can help you lose the extra kilos.
Watching the Kardashians on their reality show, we can see them almost in every episode eating a fresh bowl of salad. It is not only them who enjoy a healthy salad but also many other Hollywood celebrities from which we can name Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson, Beyonce and Chrissy Teigen.
Hate Hudson, for example, enjoys adding watermelon, arugula and feta cheese to her bowl, for watermelon is one of the best seasonings of the season, in her opinion. She is a fitness and wellness fanatic so it is quite obvious why she likes this kind of food.
Julia Roberts is a fan of Brussels sprouts. She also likes adding pistachios, poached egg, pancetta and manchego cheese in her salad.
The supermodel Lily Aldridge usually has beetroot, broccoli, carrots, quinoa and green leaves.
Another interesting combination is Jennifer Lopez’s 39 calories salad along with queso cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, olive oil, lemon juice and minced shallot.
In Beyonce’s salad, you can find nori, the name of a special kind of seaweed eaten in Japan, along with carrots, kale, scallions, cucumber, cilantro, toasted almonds, and basil.
Chickpeas are Jenifer Aniston’s favorite ingredient in a salad. She combines them with bulgur wheat, red onion, cucumbers, mint, parsley, feta cheese, and pistachios.
When in a restaurant in Chicago, Justin Bieber had the famous Caesar Salad topped with anchovies.
The Kardashians are definitely into salads. Kourtney usually has the Chef’s Salad from her favorite US restaurant Health Nut, with extra avocado and no cheese while her sister Khloe has the Chinese Chicken Salad from the same restaurant made of pickled ginger, shredded chicken breast, lettuce, avocado, noodles and carrots. The most famous of them, Kim, has the simplest salad made out of only three ingredients: grilled lime chicken, spinach, and feta-ranch dressing.
