The incredible ‘dish’ was prepared in California, helping the personnel to set a new world record.
Dozens of chefs gathered in Fontana in order to finish the longest pizza in the world.

The previous record was owned by a pizza made in Italy, measuring no less than 1.8 kilometers.
To establish the new record, no less than 3,632 pounds of dough, 1,634 kilograms of cheese and 2,542 kilograms of tomato sauce were thrown in.
The pizza was cooked with three industrial ovens and it took about eight hours until the crust achieved that yummy appearance.

At the end, besides the fact that it measured 2.13 kilometers, the longest pizza weighed no less than 7,808 kilos.
A representative from Guinness World Records has recognized the new record.
