Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool’s boss, admires Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and is waiting for the right time to bid for the Football player.
In the upcoming transfer window, the winger is preferred by the team.
Even though they admire the player, they won’t bid for him in January.
The player declared that he prefers to be a regular starter for the Gunners. He has spent more time than he would have liked on the side in the previous games.
Klopp wants to make reinforcements. In January AFCON will receive Sadio Mane.
However, in spite of Liverpool’s plans, Arsenal won’t let Oxlade-Chamberlain leave the team in the middle of the season and especially for him to join a rival club.
Alex’ deal with Arsenal has 18 months until it will expire.
Liverpool has plans to take Quincy Promes from Spartak Moscow after Sadio Mane will leave for AFCON.
There are also rumors about the possibility of Alex to leave the club since he hasn’t established a regular place.
Liverpool managed to do purchases in times like this before too. In 2003, Philippe Coutinho from Inter Milan and Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea joined the team.
The player from Arsenal, aged 23, would have plenty of opportunities at Liverpool and would be able to show his real potential. He is admired for his ability to play all over the pitch.
