Liam Payne is by Louis Tomlinson’s side at mother’s funeral

One Direction’ Louis Tomlinson is going through tough times since his mother’s death. His mother died of leukemia at the beginning of December. Family, friends and fans are by the singer’s side through this hard times.

Everyone tried to express their sincere thoughts and even ex-bandmate, Zayn Malik, showed his support for Tomlinson.

Johannah Deakin was laid to rest this week. The funeral was attended by family and friends.

To show his support to his bandmate, Liam Payne was there for his friend.

The funeral service was held in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, his mother’s hometown. Her son shared a heartbreaking goodbye to the one who gave birth to him.

Payne attended the wake as well, which took place at Ye Olde Bell Hotel and Restaurant.

The family got to say their final goodbyes in peace without the interference of paparazzi.

Deakin’s husband, Dan, had only beautiful words about his half: “Incredibly selfless, she would always look to put other people before herself. She desired nothing more than for everyone around her to be happy and loving.”

Johannah left behind six children: Louis, 25, Lottie, 18, Felicite, 16, 12-year-old twins Phoebe and Daisy, Ernest and Doris, aged two.

She was only 43 years-old and was battling an “aggressive” form of leukemia from earlier this year. She had to go through a continuous treatment.

The family announced her death in a statement: “It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016.”
