Christie Brinkley stunned everyone this week when she posed for “Sports Illustrated” in just a bathing suit.


The former model is 63 years old and looks no older than 25. We can’t help but wonder if Brinkley found the fountain of youth.


When asked about her secrets for looking young, she owes everything to her eating habit.


The 63-year-old revealed she stopped dieting a long time ago. She tried all kinds of crazy diets, but none of them proved to be any help. She learned that the key is in a balanced diet.


Another secret she has was picked from Instagram, dishes the former model. Every single morning, Christie drinks warm water with lemon. Besides that, she likes to add a little cayenne pepper and honey. It’s the first thing she starts her morning with.


Her breakfast is all the times full of proteins. She likes yogurt mixed with berries, nuts and oats. Brinkley also has a thing for avocado toast. If she wants something more consistent, she has an egg-white omelet, to which she adds mushrooms and spinach.


Brinkley also revealed she is a vegetarian. She doesn’t eat meat at all and hasn’t in twelve years. When it comes to dairy, she is careful and consumes it rarely.


Lunch is always light and Christie is also into snacking. She always has a fresh juice in the afternoon and a snack that is a combination of nuts and different kinds of seeds.


Dinner is all about veggies. And, a glass of wine never hurt nobody, so she has one almost every day.


Because she likes chocolate so much, she has a special bowl of Acai with lots of it.
