This is how we can describe the American black woman, Ernestine Shepherd, aged 80 years – a true motivator.
She wanted to demonstrate the world that age is not a hindrance to a perfect body.
She is currently the oldest bodybuilder in the world!
The woman began practicing bodybuilding when he was 56 years.
Until then, she had worked as a model in the US.
Following a quite familiar episode to many women, that is her bathing suit no longer fit her, she decided it’s high time for her she lost some weight.
Together with her sister, Ernestine began attending aerobic classes.
But, it did not last long until bodybuilding has become one of her greatest passions.
Discipline, determination and hard work are secrets that helped the woman to have such a fabulous body.
The fit granny also entered the Guinness World Records as the “the oldest bodybuilder in the world”.

However, what are the habits that this admired woman never deviates from?
She wakes up every morning at 3 am, she runs 140 kilometers a week and keeps a diet consisting of boiled eggs, chicken, vegetables and plenty of water.
