Kendall Jenner is the IT model of the moment. Her body is, of course flawless, but having it doesn’t come easy.
The 21-year-old has, of course, great genes, but what really makes her body so great is her exercise and diet. On her personal website, she opened up about what she does to have such a great flat tummy.
The one that helps her in the gym is none other than Gunnar Peterson, a popular trainer amongst the celebs. Kendall revealed that she knows her workout was a really good one when the following day she can’t laugh without experiencing pain.
As no one can afford such a trainer, Jenner has found an option for us. She often gets inspiration from TV. If she sees an exercise, then she immediately does it herself.
The Victoria’s Secret model also recommends an app, called ‘Instant Abs Trainer’. She thinks it’s a good motivational factor. It also contains diverse exercises that can fit everybody.
The IT model also revealed her surprising way of fighting cravings. She has a wall in her house painted pink, because it suppresses the appetite and makes her calm.
In the past, she revealed another important and yet simple secret that maintains her skin youthful and her body banging: water! It’s the first thing she stars her morning with and she has plenty of it.
Regarding her diet, she likes to have a balanced and healthy one, but sometimes, she gives in to her cravings. Like her BBF, Gigi Hadid, said :’eat clean to stay fit, eat a burger to stay sane”.
