Based on Trump"s immigration rules, Melania would"ve been deported

Donald Trump’s immigration rules are incredibly harsh, but one thing that the president forgets is that his wife is an immigrant herself. Melania would have been deported if these rules were obeyed.

The First Lady came in the United States in the 90’s. Fortunately for her, these rules didn’t exist then.

Since his electoral campaign, Trump vowed to change the policies regarding immigration. In just a few weeks in charge, he manged to keep his promise. His rules are so harsh, that if they would’ve existed when Melania came in the US, she would have been on the list for deportation.

Trump’ order says that the ones who are responsible of fraud or who failed to deliver the right information to official agencies in their applications are a target for deportation.

Melania came in the US with a visa for tourists, but she came here for something else: working as a model. She came in 1996. She should have had a working visa, which she eventually got, but many months later.

Sine these reports resurfaced, her attorney said that they are completely fake.

According to specialists, then she would have definitely been affected by the current rules.

Attorney Hasan Shafiqullah declared that if this order would have been implemented then, the FLOTUS would have been a priority for enforcement.

A specialist in immigration declared that Melania violated her status. If the officials from immigration would have learned about this, then she would have been deported.

Trump has such a strong opinion against immigrant, bu he forgets his wife is one.
