The Durant Fire department in Oklahoma certainly has one of the most original and special Christmas cards out there. The card features six adorable babies. All dressed up in matching pajamas.

The group of 33 firefighters welcomed this year six babies all born between February to June 2016. Since Christmas is around the corner, what a better idea than spreading the holiday cheer with six little bundles of joy.

One of the firefighters, Roger Joines, described how the whole thing started. Since they make a Christmas card annually , they thought this year they could make something a bit more original than the old fire truck picture. His wife gave him the wonderful idea of putting the six babies together on the card. So, what they did was going along with the idea.

Richard Parker, engineer and paramedic, used to be a professional photographer. Therefore, he offered to take the picture of the six.

Even if it seems like a piece of cake, it wasn’t too easy to get the babies to stand still.

The pictures were so good, they decided to submit them on FireRescue1.com, where they have gone viral. Everyone can’t stop gushing over the six little ones.

Since the fire station in Oklahoma is defined by “brotherhood and family” as Joines points out, the card really celebrates not only the Christmas spirit, but the bond formed at the fire station as well.

When asked whether this will become a tradition or not, Joines said that it would be nice to make a high school throwback out of it. Sure everyone is looking forward to it.
