A Californian student was forbidden to go to the toilet, even though she asked for her teacher’s permission several times during the class.

The very strict teacher faced a severe penalty

The student filed a report in which she accused her teacher of several acts of cruelty.

According to the girl’s complaint, the 14 years old teenager was not allowed to go to the toilet because of a very strict regulation of the high school.

Consequently, the teacher suggested her to pee in a bucket near a cupboard in the back the class.

And, she then requested the child to pour the content of the bucket into the sink.

Savage practices

Following the complaint, a court located in San Diego took a decision on Wednesday in favor of the student.

So, Patrick Henry High School had to pay for the consequences.

Initially, back in 2012, when the former student first filed her papers, she demanded a compensation of $ 25,000.

But, the student has received a compensation of $ 1,25 million, after being forced to urinate in a bucket in the back of the classroom, according to AFP.

This humiliating episode made the student endure multiple offends, insults and obscene text messages from her colleagues.

The cruelty of her teacher and the rash gestures of her classmates have brought the student on the verge of committing suicide.

Furthermore, her lawyer declared in court: ‘Such things aren’t supposed to happen to 14-years-old girls.’

In fact, such things aren’t supposed to happen to anyone.

The lawyer also admitted that this situation is one of the strangest and most unusual he was ever involved into.

Also, he assured that the girl, now aged 18, is satisfied with the verdict and is still doing psychotherapy.
