Melania Trump wears Ralph Lauren on the inauguration day

As expected, the future First Lady wore a Ralph Lauren creation on the much-waited inauguration day. Melania Trump wore a stunning baby-blue ensemble, a pair of gloves and matching stiletto heels.

As she and her husband appeared at St. John, Melania sported the jacket and dress. After the church service, the couple were greeted by Obama and Michelle Obama for tea.

The 46-year-old caught a lot of attention with her simple, but yet sophisticated look. She went for a discrete makeup, her hair was done in a lose undo and she wore just one jewelery: a pair of diamond earrings.

Her heels and her gloves, that were elbow-length, were in the same shade of baby-blue.

Everybody noticed the similarity between her outfit and the one Jackie Onassis Kennedy wore in 1961 on the day of her husband’s inauguration day. They both wear the same stunning blue color. It is clear that Melania wanted to pay a tribute to Jackie.

Earlier this week, there were rumors about Melania choosing to wear the American brand, Ralph Lauren. The designer is also a favorite of Hillary Clinton, Trump’s rival in the elections. During her electoral campaign, Clinton chose to wear beautiful pantsuits created by Lauren.

A spokesperson of the first lady revealed that she wanted to wear on this special day a “designer who transformed American fashion.”

Last night, at the inauguration party, Melania first wore a black jacket and then switched to a stunning Reem Acra dress.

With such a fashion sense, we expect more stunning looks from this First Lady.
