Lindsey Graham, the leader of the Republican party, is going to leave the political affiliation and fight the future president, Donald Trump.

Since the claims about the Russian president , Vladimir Putin, involving in the elections have emerged, lots of officials from GOP are mad. The intelligence community of Us recently launched an official report that explains exactly what ways Moscow used to influence the American elections.

The hacking scandal have triggered many senators, that believe this could become a threat to democracy. Everything could evolve in something much worse, like a cyber war.

Senator Graham, unlike other republicans, wants to address the issue how it should. He recently made some declarations that definitely imply that Russia has been involved in the result of the election of 2016.

In a discussion with CNN, he said that the Senate in not happy about this and that about 99 from all the 100 Senators believe the Russians did really have something to do with the election. He also added that he and the senators won’t live things like that and will fight back.

The Senate will face Vladimir Putin with sanctions. “We’re going to put sanctions together that hit Putin as an individual and his inner circle for interfering in our election, and they’re doing it all over the world and not just in the United States,” said Graham.

This issue is definitely something that needs to be resolved. Russia is a very powerful force indeed, but the political forces of US won’t stay and resist it, but will fight back.

Donald Trump, who will have his inauguration on January 20, hasn’t addressed the matter just yet, but once he will get at the White House, he will have to take up on this matter.
