North Korea planned the launch of two new ICBM missiles, informs the South Korean press citing military sources.
“It was different from a conventional Musudan missile in its length and shape,” one source said.
The insider mentioned to the name of an intermediate-range missile tested by North Korea in 2016.
“It is possible they were moving it somewhere for assembly.”
The projectiles are already installed on the mobile launchers for a new session of experiments, writes Yonhap.
The launching might be imminent and coincides with the investiture ceremony of Donald Trump.
As reported by Yonhap, Kim Jong-un’s decision to proceed with the experiment on this particular day is no coincidence.
Apparently, the launching is, in fact, a ‘strategical message’ for the US, declared the Ministry of Defense from Seoul.
North Korea: earlier this month, the Supreme Leader declared during a speech that his country is in the final stage of launching an ICBM missile.
Since he took the reign of his country in 2011, Kim Jong performed numerous nuclear experiments.
Two of these testing sessions took place in 2016.
The Johns Hopkins institute says the images from the satellite noticed activity at the Punggye-Ri site in northeastern North Korea.
Despite Kim Jong-un’s disturbing statements, Donald Trump is 100% convinced that North Korea will never hit the US with a nuclear weapon.
The birthday of Kim Jong-il is on 16 February and the experts believe this might also represent the actual launching date.
