Sia Furler and Erik Anders Lang got married two years ago and I bet they thought it was forever.

Turns out it wasn’t so.

Unfortunately, like many other superstars, the two separated.

Sia was the one who broke the silence about this event in her life and has issued an official statement.

Probably, we all know Sia as the singer who puts on weird wigs and refuses to show her face in her videos and on the red carpet.

And even if her face remains hidden, her divorce is not a mystery anymore.

Well, for those who did not know, Sia was married to Erik Anders Lang for two years and they are now divorcing.

The news was confirmed by the artist, for People Magazine, through an official announcement.

‘After much soul searching and consideration, we have made the decision to separate as a couple. We are, however, dedicated to reaming friends. There will be no further comment’, was the vehement statement Sia Furler made.

Sia and Erik married in August 2014 during a discreet ceremony at the artist’s residence in California. In June 2014, the two revealed they were engaged.

The press discovered the secret marriage about eight months after the wedding took place, as Sia is quite secretive regarding the details of her personal life.
