Victoria Beckham will be decorated by Queen Elizabeth II.

The name of the former Spice Girl appears on the Queen’s List of Honors which is an annual list of personalities who will be rewarded by the British sovereign.

In 2017 Victoria Beckham is set to receive the OBE in the rank of Officer for outstanding services to the fashion industry and for her outstanding involvement in various programs and charitable actions, reports People magazine.

Victoria Beckham will walk in the footsteps of her husband, former English football player David Beckham, who received the same distinction in 2003.

“I am delighted and grateful for this award,” said the beautiful brunette, aged 42.

After dominating the music industry as a member of the hit band Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham has become a marking personality in the global fashion industry.

Her exclusive creations are worn by some of the most popular actresses in Hollywood, like Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet or Anna Kendrick.

Victoria Beckham is also appreciated for her humanitarian aid and she was named a Goodwill Ambassador for UNAIDS, a program of the United Nations (UN) that fight against the pandemic of HIV / AIDS.

Victoria Beckham, the former member of the Spice Girls group, managed to open her own fashion house and transform her business into one of the successful brands in the world.

The diva launched her fashion business in 2008 and in 2011 won the British Fashion Award for best designer and brand of the year.

Last year, the ‘Beckham brand’ was estimated at 500 million pounds, the equivalent of over 630 million euros.
