Chargers will hire coach Anthony Lynn

It looks like the San Diego Chargers are making many changes this week. After they announced that they will move to Los Angeles this year, the team plans on making one more change: hiring Anthony Lynn as head coach.

An insider from NFL network says that the team will hire the former offensive coordinator from Bills. Lynn has reportedly accepted the offer already.

Four months ago, Lynn worked with Greg Roman for Bills. Lynn has a good reputation as a coach. He played six seasons for NFL. The Jets were impressed by his ruling talent, while for Buffalo he ensured a versatile game.

For Bills, he brought success, again with versatility. Their offensive and the scheme was complex. The team managed to class amongst the first ones.  

Until now, Lynn only was coordinator and this is a big change for him. It is his first time as a coach.

The team will have to get used to not only the new venue, but to the new coach as well. Lynn will also have a hard time, as he is hired during the move.

The team will play for two seasons in California, at StubHub Center in Carson. In 2019, they will move to Inglewood with Rams, who also moved to Los Angeles last year.

Lynn will have to handle a pretty impressive team. Philip Rivers, quarterback, has an impressive talent. The offensive is pretty strong at the Chargers, Lynn will just have to work to improve it.

Ken Whisenhunt will be the offensive coordinator and Gus Bradley will be in defensive. Lynn will have a strong staff.

The team sees a bright future ahead, not only it will have strong coaching team, but will take over a new city.
