Mark Zuckerberg plans on meeting more Americans this year

Zuckerberg, founder, and CEO of Facebook announced this Tuesday his resolutions for 2017. He plans to visit by the end of the year more than 30 states. He wants to meet new people across the United States and connect with them.

His goal is to reduce the division to society created by technology and globalization.

“After a tumultuous last year, my hope for this challenge is to get out and talk to more people about how they’re living, working and thinking about the future,” said Mark in a Facebook post.

Mark has had personal challenges before. In the past years, he read 25 books, built artificial intelligence for his house, ran about 365 miles and learned Mandarin. He definitely does exactly what he establishes as a goal.

He plans on starting a national debate over the consequences of technology into today’s society. He also plans on discussing Silicon Valley’s decision of disconnecting a big part of its users.

The technology we have today has given in the recent years many jobs that are really well-paid, especially in Silicon Valley. Although this helped a lot, technology has ruined other things, such as other jobs.

Facebook wants to build artificial intelligence and this could threat other jobs.

A report ran at the White House says that the new technologies that will boost productivity and efficiency at work could seriously threat the jobs of many and in a few years, millions could be left jobless.

Zuckerberg also declared that we are productive and connected with all the technology we have developed in the past decade. Although it has improved many things, for some life become even more challenging.

He hopes to find a way to make everything better for all. By reaching to people across America, he hopes to find the answer to this problem.

2017 definitely seems like a busy year for the business mogul.
