Nicola Sturgeon will save Scotland from Brexit

The First Minister of Scotland weighs in on the Brexit issue and promises to save her country from it. She wants to fight the Conservative party and defeat the hard Brexit.

This Tuesday, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Theresa May, held her speech on the hard Brexit and revealed her plans for the next couple of years. Britain will completely distance itself from the European Union, starting with leaving the single market. May’s government will still be responsible for the foreign affairs in “all parts of the United Kingdom”.

After May’s speech, Sturgeon will not give up without a fight. She plans on saving her country as “they want to drag Scotland kicking and screaming over that Brexit cliff edge and I’m determined they are not going to get away with this.”

She thinks that all the businesses from Scotland and not only will suffer a lot after leaving the single market, which is the biggest in the world.

She thinks this decision is taken after they have obsessed so much over immigration. The Conservative party needs to put economy first and think of its wellbeing.

Sturgeon plans on raising the rate of businesses in Scotland.

Ruth Davidson, leader of the Conservative party, declared: “Unemployment is up in Scotland, employment is down, and confidence in comparison to the rest of the UK is falling through the floor.”

Davidson thinks that this will actually affect the firms and Scotland will be last competitor of the United Kingdom. Instead of talking about Brexit, the First Minister should actually do something to help this firms, thinks Davidson.
