After the horrifying attack on Wednesday in London, several pictures emerged online. One on them pictures a Muslim woman that seems to be walking past the victims and the ones who offer them help.

After they saw this picture, people blasted the woman, saying that it is proof of how cruel these people are. They said that she was indifferent and mean and judged her on social media.

In the picture, the woman has her hand over her face while she looks at her phone, she seems to be walking past a group of people who help a victim. People quickly jumped to conclusions and wrote that she seemed really casual as she walked by.

In spite of these misconceptions, the one who took the photograph explained what actually happened. In fact, the woman was terrified.

Jamie Lorriman is the name of the one that took the picture. He got to see how the Muslim woman really acted and quickly jumped to her defense.

The man declared that she seemed distraught. He thinks that people can’t really say if she was indifferent, based on the look on her face, she was clearly  terrified. It was normal for her to feel terrified as she found herself right in the middle of this traumatizing situation.

On social media, the amount of backlash she received is huge. More than 40K people criticized the photo of her. However, there were still people that took her defense and backfired at the critics. No one is able to tell how she really felt in those moments.
