George Micheal was finally laid to rest

Today, after more than three months, the late Michael George was finally laid to rest. Family, friends and his lover walked him on his last road at the cemetery where his mother was also buried.

His close ones held a private funeral. His bandmates came to say their farewell. Andrew Ridgeley and Helen were there to say their goodbye to their close friend and bandmate.

His lover and the one who found his lifeless body, Fadi Fawaz, was the last one to arrive to the cemetery. Fadi looked visibly saddened as he cared a lot for the late artist.

It was rumored that Fadi was not welcomed at the funeral by the family of the late singer. However, he did attend the funeral, sign that these rumors were fake.

But Fadi was not the only lover who attended the service. Kenny Goss, whom George dated for a very long time, came to say his farewell. Kenny declared before that he loved Micheal deeply, he was his soul mate.

The service started at about 2 PM at the Highgate Cemetery in the area where George spent most of his life.

The date has been kept a secret until now, because the family wanted it to be peaceful and quiet. They also wanted to keep people away from the venue. George has a lot of fans, who already left flowers in front of his home, the family wanted to avoid a huge crowd.
