Elon Musk launches Neuralink, a plan to merge AL with the human brain

Artificial intelligence is going to be taken a step further and Elon Musk is the one to try to do so.

The business mogul just launched a venture entitled Neuralink. This new firm is just in its early stages now, but has the main purpose of creating devices that can been attached to the human brain.

Musk’s new plan is definitely bold and must be his boldest one so far.

The ultimate goal of this venture is to create the merge between artificial intelligence system and human beings. It will also help keep up with all the improvements that are being made for AL.

In fact, Musk’s new company has been in the making for quite a while. In the last half of a year, the business mogul kept giving hints about it.

He even opened up about the merge between AL and human beings in a conference recently. He said that we will see this happen pretty soon, but we had no idea that he is going to be the one to make this happen. 

A Twitter user asked him about this on social media an he said that he might announce something next month.

Until now, there are very few people around the globe that have implants that are complex in their skulls. This procedure has been now made only for medical purposes.

The number of people who experienced this is so low because such an intervention is extremely dangerous.

The main purpose of this merge is to enhance the human cognition among others.
