Lewis Hamilton kicks off the Formula One season in force

The Formula One season kicked off today and we can already say who is going to be the megastar: Lewis Hamilton.

The 32-year-old champion started the competition in force and is set to have a lot of success this year. Right now, he is practicing for the Australian Grand Prix and based on how great he was at the training sessions, we can say that he is going to be a fearful rival.

Earlier this week, the Brit got into an argument with Sebastian Vettel in Melbourne over what driver combination they should pick.  They eventually reached a consensus and chose Ferrari, who is in Hamilton’s opinion the best.

The two are going to test the car in the eight days of training before the season officially kicks in.

Hamilton did pretty good in the training sessions so far. His main goal right now is to defeat Nico Rosberg, who won last year. It is time for him to take his revenge. In the very first two sessions, Britain’s champion established a new record, racing way faster than Vettel and his rivals.

However, Hamilton won’t have to beat Rosberg himself, as he just retired, but the one who replaced him, Valtteri Bottas. Based on his performance at the training, Bottas has no chance of winning as he was incredibly slow.

After the spectacular training session, Hamilton was beaming. He declared that he is beyond excited for the upcoming season and he is going to give everything he has to win. He is happy to be back and do what he loves the most.
