Donald Trump’s first wife, Ivana, claims that she is the “real” First Lady

The US president’s first wife, Ivana Trump, has generated a massive media scandal on Monday after she practically claimed the First Lady title during the most awkward interview ever.

One of Ivana Trump’s book tour stop was at the ABC Good Morning America show Ivana Trump, where the blonde took the chance to promote her latest project, the Raising Trump book.

However, instead of making her fans and spectators focus on her book, Ivana Trump chose to transform the president into the center of yet another scandal, by calling herself Donald Trump’s First Lady.

“I have the direct number from the White House, but I really do not want to call him because Melania is there”, revealed the blonde, after one of the reporters asked if she is still talking to her ex-husband.

“And I do not want to create jealousy or something like that because I’m basically Trump’s first wife.”

” I’m First Lady, OK?”, added Ivanka’s mother.

Melania Trump’s spokesperson, Stephanie Grisham, replied to Ivana’s joke via press release that made it pretty clear the Slovenian didn’t appreciate the joke.

Melania Trump “loves living at Washington and she is honored to fulfill the First Lady of the US role” explained Stephanie Grisham, quoted by CNN.

“She intends to use her title and role to help children, not to sell books”, added Grisham.

It is not known whether the current president knows about his ex-wife’s nasty comments, considering that he spent his entire Monday playing golf with Republican senator Lindsey Graham, writes Reuters.

Ivana Trump, 68, is the mother of Donald Trump’s first three children: Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric.

After he filed for divorce from Ivana, Donald has welcomed daughter Tiffany Trump, with his second wife, actress Marla Maples.
