Hefner founded the Playboy magazine more than six decades ago. Designed as a men’s magazine the raunchy pictures of nude women are most of the times combined with quality articles and interviews.

Hugh Hefner’s magazine inspired and was at the forefront of the “sexual revolution” from the 1960’s-1970’s, but in the last few years was facing a tough competition against the online pornography industry.

Hugh Hefner was married three times – with Mildred Williams between 1949 and 1959, with Kimberley Conrad between 1989 and 2010 and, finally he tied the knot with Playboy bunny Crystal Harris in 2012.

The American icon was involved in many relationships, from which he welcomed four children: Christie, David, Marston and Cooper.
