AQUA became this world sensation in 1997 when they launched the “Barbie Girl” hit

The band’s beautiful Norwegian singer, Lene Grawford conquered the hearts of millions with her corky attitude and her unique looks.

Lene and her colleagues René Dif, Søren Rasted and Claus Norreen dropped the album “Aquarium” in 1997, followed by “Aquarius” three years later.

Shortly after the huge success scored with “Barbie Girl”, the band decided to separate, reuniting in 2007 for a short period of time.

In 2011, without generating great buzz around it, they released the “Meglomania” album, selling a total of 33 million albums and becoming the most successful Danish band of all times.

Shortly after this meeting, they ended separating again.

Lene remained a very powerful force in the Danish entertainment industry

Although it has been 20 years since she appeared in “Barbie Girl” video, Lene still looks incredible.

She is currently 44-year-old and she looks hotter than ever.

According to the European press, Lene married her colleague Søren in 2001, in Las Vegas and they are currently the parents of two beautiful children.

Unlike the rest of her colleagues who decided to disappear from the public eye, Lene Grawford began a solo career. Currently, she is also one of The Voice of Norway’s juries.

At one point, it was rumored the band will reunite this year to celebrate 20 years since the release of their most popular song.

The Sun announced last year that the pop group, formed by Lene Nystrom, Rene Dif, Soren Rasted and Claus Norreen, will tour in Denmark in 2017.
