Gerard Pique and Shakira are not a couple anymore, as the Catalan and Colombian media have announced.

During the last two weeks, it has been speculated that the FC Barcelona defender and the Latin-American singer decided to go separate ways, and the separation between the two was inevitable.

Moreover, sources from the couple’s entourage claim the singer moved from the house she was sharing with Pique in Barcelona for weeks now.

In addition, the couple was not spotted together at Leo Messi’s wedding with Antonella Roccuzzo, event that took place in late June in Argentina.

Although the two stars denied to comment, a group of journalists spoke with Shakira’s close relatives who confirmed the rupture.

The couple started dating after the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
