The fight continue as Gibraltar takes all the blame on the EU

As the fight between Spain and the United Kingdom for Gibraltar continues, the citizens of the territory blame none of them. They think that the European Union is the only one responsible for this.

After the EU gave Spain the right of veto over the future of this territory in the Brexit negotiations, the people of Gibraltar finally responded. They think that the union is behaving like a father that is putting all of the blame on his children.

The one who made this comparison is the Chief Minister. After Spain accused its ‘enemy’ of losing its temper over this territory, Fabian Picardo felt the need to respond.

A war over this seems absurd between the two. Many political figures are extremely surprised by this fight between the two states that seemed to erupt out of nowhere.

The Spanish Government is truly surprised by the UK’s attitude, especially after the EU gave them the veto right. They would not have expected such a reaction coming from them.

While the two fight for this area, the citizens have something to say too. Gibraltar is theirs and they need to be the ones who decide with whom they will remain and now all that they want is to continue to be ruled by the British.

Boris Johnson declared that nothing is going to change for Gibraltar. They are going to be ruled by the United Kingdom from now on like they have been until now.

In case Spain will go any further with this, the Brits are willing to do anything over this territory. The PM would even go to war.
