Jared Kushner,  Donald Trump’s son-in-law and White House senior adviser,  flied a few days ago to Iraq, where he is going to reassure the Iraqi Government of the US’ support and will see the situation of the state.

The details of this trip have been kept pretty secret. It’s unsure what is the real purpose of the visit and who joined the senior adviser. All that we know is that Joseph Dunford, from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has joined Jared on this trip.

An official delivered this news, although everyone must keep the silence about this.

Lately, Kushner has been pretty busy. He just released a task force that has the purpose of modernizing the Government. Trump also relied on him to carry diplomatic business, Jared advised on the connections with  Mexico and now, with the Middle East.

In spite of his lack of experience in politics or in diplomacy, Trump trusted him with some serious business. Jared is in charge of reaching a peace settlement between  Palestrina and Israel.

The President is absolutely sure that Kushner is the right person to take care of this, so that’s why he sent him to Iraq.

Trump has decided a while ago to offer Iraq more support after the latter was also supportive in the fight against the Islamic State. Although this country was initially listed on the first immigration ban, the president decided to erase it from the second executive order.

Trump also thinks that Iraq is the perfect country to sign a deal over oil.
