After starting a relationship with Rob Kardashian and after getting proposed, Blac Chyna thought that it would be great if she benefited from the Kardashian trademark as well.

The Kardashian clan totally rejected this thought, so the two parts ended up in court. A decision has finally been made and Blac is not going to be use the famous Kardashian trademark.

The star wanted to add to her name the “Kardashian” name as well, but it looks like it is  too exclusive for her. Ever since she got engaged, Chyna wanted to do this as this name comes with a lot of perks.

The Kardashian sisters, who didn’t like her very much in the first place, were not at all fine with this idea.

Blac made the news known that she wants to legally secure this name last year. In December, though, all of  Rob’s sisters filed the legal documents to block her from  getting the name.

In the documents, the sisters wrote that Chyna would ruin the reputation of their name. Of course, Chyna did not like this, but she did not make any comment. Instead, her mother bashed the Kardashians on social media, reassuring her daughter that she has all of her support.

A spokesperson of the clan set the record straight, they wanted to resolve things in an amicable way, because they do care about Blac. All that they try to do is protect their brand and their business, nothing more.

The things between Chyna and Rob are not too well most of the times, so that might be a reason as well for not sharing the name.
