Russia officially announced their first measure against Donald Trump’s decision of attacking the Syrian air base.
Apparently, the Russian officials are suspending the treaty regarding the Syrian airspace.
The agreement was signed back in 2015 and had the main purpose of avoiding aviation incidents.
Moreover, Russia urges the UN officials to reunite in order to discuss the situation generated by the American offensive.
In the past, both Russia and China ‘blocked’ any sanction against Assad’s regime.
On Thursday night, the American president ordered his troops to attack the air base from Syria as a response to the chemical weapon massacre from Tuesday.
In October 2015, the United States and Russia signed a memorandum which included some very precise rules for the aircraft designated to monitor the Syrian air space.
On Tuesday, the Syrian province of Idlib became the target of an offensive operation conducted by Bashar al-Assad’s forces.
100 civilians established in the rebel-held area and 11 innocent children were killed and other 400 are severely injured.
The air strike consisted in launching a chemical weapon with sarin gas
Seconds after they launched the projectile, the chaos was installed.
