Filipino president, Rodrigo Duterte, managed to cross another line when it comes to inappropriate declarations
During a speech held on Sunday, Duterte threatened that he can be ’50 times worse’ than any other Islamic militant who decapitates civilians.
The president didn’t stop there. He also specified that he will ‘eat these militants alive’ if they will become captured by his troops.
Rodrigo Duterte ordered his troops to kill a group of terrorists who planned to attack the province of Bojol.
He labeled them as ‘animals’ and highlighted that he can be exactly like them.
‘If you want me to become an animal, I am used to be one. We are similar’, explained the president.
Duterte added that when he is in a bad mood, the people should bring him a terrorist and he will ‘solve the problem’ with vinegar and salt.
The public started laughing but Duterte insisted he is talking the pure truth.
In the last months, the Tagalog President made a series of shocking statements and the speech in which he admitted that he killed large groups of individuals during the period he was the mayor of Manila was the cherry on top.
At least, that’s what everybody thought. Until Rodrigo Duterte declared that he threw someone from a flying helicopter on live TV.
In addition, the Tagalog former lawyer said that he would do this again without hesitating. The Tagalog diplomat threatened to do the same to all politicians who misuse public funds.
“Whoever will use this (public funds) for corruption, I will get him ride the helicopter with me going to Manila and will push him out while we are up in the air,” Duterte said in a speech Tuesday. “Yes I, ill do that! I did that before and I can do that again.”
